Trusted Assessor Service in Sandwell and Wolverhampton

Important news about the service

The Trusted Assessor services in both Sandwell and Wolverhampton will no longer be delivered by West Midlands Care Association (WMCA) from the 1 April 2024

This is a commercial decision that has been taken by the Care Association and we have been working closely with the commissoners of both services to ensure there is a seamless handover.

The Trusted Assessors that currently work for WMCA will transfer and be employed by Sandwell Council and the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust

Delivery of the service will not change in the short term and will be business as usual other than from the 1 April any queries about the service will need to be directed as follows:
