IHSCM/WMCA Members offer

The Association has signed up to be a registered 'Care Hub' for our members to be part of the IHSCM. This FREE membership supports managers by helping them to meet these challenges and understand, develop, share and celebrate good practice.

Which NVQ Offer

Fully funded qualifications for the West Midlands

New staff

• New starter funding of £20 per person is to be claimed on a job offer or induction.
• Every new starter can also complete either First Aid Level 2, Fire Safety Level 2 or Food Safety Level 2 and your business will receive a further £10 so that’s £30 for every new employee, with any of the three qualifications above they can also include the Care Certificate. 

Current staff

If staff complete any of the qualifications listed below your business will receive £10 and the candidate gets a qualification that lasts for 3 years apart from Infection Control or Manual Handling, as  these are done on a 12 monthly basis.

You can do one qualification per employee as Which NQV pay for the course and the cash incentive to you. If they take any of the courses below they can also do the Care Certificate alongside the chosen course for free.
