Course Description:
This session explores how to effectively report, investigate and learn from incidents within care settings, with a focus on reducing future risk and improving practice.
Learning Outcomes:
- Understand the purpose of incident reporting
- Identify root causes using structured approaches
- Apply learning to reduce recurrence
- Improve documentation and accountability
Who is it for:
Care staff, team leaders and managers involved in incident reporting and investigation.
