Get ready for the Employment Rights Bill (Part 3)

As part of our broader employment law series, we will continue to look beyond international recruitment to explore the other key changes being introduced. These include bereavement leave, paternity leave and unpaid paternity leave, collective redundancies, flexible working, enhanced maternity dismissal protection, adult social care negotiating bodies and trade union rights.


We will be taking a look at the most common questions that we’ve been asked in previous webinars and over the international recruitment legal helpline, and explaining the answers to these. This will include TUPE regulations (the Transfer of Undertakings - Protection of Employment).
