Transport for West Midlands Travel Discount Scheme for WMCA Members

WMCA has formed a new partnership with Transport for West Midlands (TFWM) to offer discounted travel to Carers working within our member organisations!

TFWM are currently experiencing high volumes of applications for this scheme so please allow a bit longer than the 7 days stated below to recieve your codes

Why has this partnership been formed?

With the cost of living crisis and the ever rising costs of petrol/diesel, West Midlands Care Association aims to support its members through a partnership with Transport for West Midlands (TfWM) offering discounted public transport to our members.

This is also with the aim of reducing carbon emissions across the West Midlands and creating a greener social care workforce.

The Offer

Free bus travel for all care staff for 36 weeks then 50% off for 12 weeks (48 weeks total)

(valid until March 2027)

How to apply

This will be via Swift technology and the nBus multi-operator bus ticketing scheme. Users will be sent a new code every 4 weeks.
