West Midlands Care Association Event Booking Terms and Conditions
Special Dietary Requirements
We do not normally supply food at our events unless specified in the booking information.
Tea and Coffee will be provided on the day and depending on the venue biscuits/pastries.
If you do have any specific dietary requirements we should be aware of please let us know by emailing events@wmca.care
On the Day
We will be in touch before the date of the event with further details and the final agenda.
Registration at the event normally starts 30 minutes before the advertised start time
Cancellation
If you should need to cancel your registration, please let the association know as soon as possible by emailing events@wmca.care
As the association incurs event costs based on the numbers attending, we reserve the right to charge a £10 administration fee for nonattendance on the day without prior notification to the Association.
Chargable Events
If this is a chargeable event and you should cancel, our refund policy is as follows:
Up to 7 days before the event: Full Refund
Up to 48 hours before the event: 50% refund
Up to 24 hours before the event or on the day: no refund
The Association reserves the right to cancel events without notice. Should we need to do so, a full refund of any monies paid will be made Any further queries please get in touch
Payment
Due to the administrative costs involved, if payment is required for an event, we only accept payment by credit/debit card processed through our online payment portal
Your payment will be processed the same or next working day. A payment receipt will be emailed to the email address that was used to register the booking.
Data Protection
Data collected during the booking process is only used by WMCA for event organsiation purposes. We do not share this data with third parties or store it beyond a reasonable time
