The first report on younger careworkers was published at the start of May 2024 on The King’s Fund website. There is also a feature on p18 of CareTalk magazine published on 1st May. There is also a Twitter thread here.
The aim of the report is to generate some debate about how the social care sector can recruit and retain more younger workers.
The second report, which focuses on the views of younger careworkers, is scheduled for the summer.
