Optima UK offer a professional and tailored service for both Recruitment and Business Consultancy. They are focused on building long-lasting relationships with their clients and partners that bring added value service and meaningful results.

They have been offered a contract from Birmingham City Council, which supports health, wellbeing and support to businesses to help engage staff. The idea is to focus on reducing absenteeism, increasing overall productivity, lower employee stress levels and offering a free toolkit of advice to those homes that may be stretched or need additional support and guidance in these areas.

Optima UK had a fantastic response and uptake in Worcester then they rolled out a similar contract there earlier this year.
