Join us for this IHSCM High Performance Leadership for the 2020s workshop programme with Jon Wilks, CEO, IHSCM.
There are 4 x 1 hour online interactive workshops in this programme.
Programme Overview
This workshop programme needs only 1 registration and comprises four 1-hour online modules, each building on the previous one. These sessions will be held at 12pm on the following dates:
· 10th September
· 8th October
· 12th November
· 10th December
Certification
To receive a CPD certificate, participants must complete all four modules in sequence as each module builds on the previous one. Attendance in the correct order is essential to ensure comprehensive understanding and skill development. In keeping with reducing our carbon footprint, wherever possible, we ask you to print out or save this certificate your end.

Module 1 – Me, Myself & I
This session will explore:
1) Values, principles & ethics,
2)proper selfishness,
3)the role of a high performance leader
4)How to boost engagement & why it matters
5)The language of high performance leadership
Module 2 – Building High Performance Teams
In this session find out:
1) Why trust is at the heart of a high performing team,
2) what the 5 dysfunctions of a team are,
3) Your One Big Thing: how clear, exciting goals enable team performance & how to create them,
4) an exploration of goal focused performance versus a ‘come what may’ approach,
5) The Zookeeper
Module 3 – Leadership Excellence
Join this session to:
1) participate in a best boss / worst boss assessment exercise,
2) discover the G.R.O.W. coaching methodology to liberate and encourage followers,
3) learn how to give effective feedback
Module 4 – Change Management
In the final module explore:
1)The mechanics of change & how to positively embrace it,
2) How to develop a high performance plan,
3) Bringing it all together – what have we learnt across the modules / what have we adopted / what effect is it having?
