As part of our broader employment law series, Lester Aldridge will continue to look beyond international recruitment to explore key developments in workplace rights.

This session will focus on the new and upcoming duties to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, including responsibilities around third-party harassment. You'll also receive practical guidance on how to prepare for these changes and ensure compliance with the new legislation.

Law firm, Lester Aldridge, will be taking a look at the most common questions that we’ve been asked in previous webinars and over the international recruitment legal helpline, and explaining the answers to these. This will include TUPE regulations (the Transfer of Undertakings - Protection of Employment).
