Part of our Empowered Teams Series delivered by Sue Jones, IHSCM Director for Social Care, this session provides leaders with the knowledge and skills to foster the growth and development of their team members effectively. 

This includes:

-Providing Learning Opportunities: Learn how to assess skills and competencies of your team, identify areas for growth, and explore ways to provide learning opportunities

-Creating Individual Development Plans: Explore tools that you can use to ensure that each team member has a clear path for growth and development

-Encouraging a Growth Mindset: Learn how to foster a culture that values continuous improvement and resilience.

-Mentorship and Coaching: Understand the role of mentorship and coaching in staff development.
