Hello, my name is Sam Payne, and I am the head of the Restructuring & Insolvency team at Harrison Clark Rickerbys. 

I have over 20 years’ experience advising Corporates, Directors, Insolvency Practitioners and Lenders on all manner of Restructuring & Insolvency matters, whether that be formulating viable strategies for a successful turnaround to security review work on complicated group structures through to pre-pack administration sales, and everything in between. The HCR R&I team have got a particular sector focus in healthcare space where we act closely with our healthcare team and our Lender clients, Corporate clients and Insolvency Practitioner community. 

In addition to working as an R&I solicitor, I am also a member of the IFT (Institute for Turnaround) and uphold their principles of integrity, objectivity, competence, due skill, and courtesy.
