Payment

Your Booking is not confirmed until we receive payment

Card payments:

Confirmation dispatched on receipt of card transaction from our payment service (normally within 24-48 hours)

Invoices:

Confirmation dispatched on receipt of payment of invoice (normally within 24-48 hours)

Direct Debit:

If you are an existing user of our DBS service and are set up for Direct Debit payments then confirmation dispatched once this has been confirmed (normally within 24-48 hours).  Direct Debit payment will be taken on the next month payment run (usually around the 24th of the month

If we have not received payment by 30 days before the course then your booking will be cancelled

Cancellation

If you should need to cancel your booking, please let the association know as soon as possible by emailing training@wmca.care

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the course date at no charge. Cancellation within 30 days of the event will incur the full charge.

Should the Association have to cancel a course, rebooking onto an alternative date will normally be offered or if this is not convenient a full refund will be offered.

Full details of our cancellation and refund policy are included within your confirmation email

On the day

We will be in touch before the date of the event with further details and the final agenda.

Registration at the event normally starts 30 minutes before the advertised start time



Data Protection

Data collected during the booking process is only used by WMCA for event organisation purposes.  We do not share this data with third parties or store it beyond a reasonable time.
