Which NVQ - New Employee Training Incentives

WhichNVQ are offering your business £20 for every new starter, it's straight forward with no paperwork. This will be for the foreseeable future and steps are easy.

At the point of job offer or induction you can send details either as a group or individually. All they require is a name and contact number to confirm their new role which releases the funding and you will receive this on a monthly basis. If staff leave then that money is still yours.

If you would like them to complete one of WhichNVQ's courses below then this will give you an additional £10 on completion. This is also available for current staff.

  • Emergency First Aid Level 2
  • First Aid at Work Level 2
  • Food Safety Level 2
  • Fire Safety Level 2
  • The Care Certificate
  • Manual Handling (30-minute course)
  • Infection Prevention and Control (20-minute course)
  • COSHH
  • H&S Level 2
  • Care Certificate (this will need to be done in conjunction with one of the above)

This is an initiative from the Department of Education so no hidden costs or clauses. All information is protected by Cyber Essentials Plus.
