Recruitment Funding - Care 2025

Brilliant news from the Department of Education for the Care Sector.  From January 2025 Which NVQ will give you £5 for every person you interview for a job within your business if introduced to the National Careers Service (even if you do not offer them a position) - a free impartial service that provides information, advice, and guidance on learning, training and work.

If the candidate is successful we will also give you a further £20.

This has been trialled for the last 3 months in recruitment and has proved successful.
