WMCA Awards Booking Acknowledgement

Thank you for registering, acknowledgement of your booking has been emailed to the email address you used to book (check your spam folder if it hasn't arrived).  We will issue a final confirmation email once we have confirmed receipt of your card payment

On the day


We will be in touch before the date of the event with further details and the final agenda.


Registration at the event will be open from 6.00pm. with the drinks reception commencing at 6.30pm


We will be called through to Dinner at 7.00pm and we envisage the evening concluding at 11.30pm


Special Dietary Requirements


We have taken note of your meal choice and any dietary requirments you may have.


If you have any specific dietary requirements not noted on your booking form we should be aware of please let us know by emailing events@wmca.care (if you have not already done so on the booking form)


Cancellation


If you should need to cancel your booking, please let the association know as soon as possible by emailing events@wmca.care



Data Protection


Data collected during the booking process is only used by WMCA for event organisation purposes.  We do not share this data with third parties or store it beyond a reasonable time.
