WMCA Event Booking Confirmation
Thank you for registering, confirmation of your booking have been emailed to the email address you used to book (check your spam folder if it hasn't arrived)
On the day
We will be in touch before the date of the event with further details and the final agenda.
Registration at the event normally starts 30 minutes before the advertised start time
Special Dietary Requirements
We do not normally supply food at our events unless specified in the booking information.
Tea and Coffee will be provided on the day and depending on the venue biscuits/pastries.
If you do have any specific dietary requirements we should be aware of please let us know by emailing events@wmca.care (if you have not already done so on the booking form)
Cancellation
If you should need to cancel your booking, please let the association know as soon as possible by emailing events@wmca.care
As the association incurs event costs based on the numbers attending, we reserve the right to charge a £10 administration fee for nonattendance on the day without prior notification to the Association.
Data Protection
Data collected during the booking process is only used by WMCA for event organisation purposes. We do not share this data with third parties or store it beyond a reasonable time.
