The Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) are going to be increasing their DBS Check fees from 2 December 2024.

Unfortunately, we don't have control over these fee increases, and this means that you’ll be paying more for DBS Checks, regardless of who you conduct them through.

The increase will be £11.50 on all levels of DBS checks.

This means our new prices from 2nd December will be the following:

Members:

Enhanced: £60

Standard: £32

Volunteer: £6.50

Non members:

Enhanced: £71.50

Standard: £49.50

Volunteer: £18

Whilst we don't have control over these price increases, and we understand that this will be frustrating for many, we do know that these price increases will help the DBS to:

  • Manage growing demand for DBS Checks
  • Upgrade their infrastructure to meet the needs of today’s digital landscape
  • Maintain high standards that people have come to expect of them
