Petition to Exempt all social care providers from the employer NIC increase

You will no doubt be aware of the increase in Employers National Insurance Contributions that was announced in last weeks budget.

Along with the increase in the minimum wage this will put additional cost pressures on the sector

The NHS will be exempted from these increases, and as we are all allegedly part of the same system we call upon the government to extend this exemption to Adult Social Care Providers

A petition calling on the Government to do this has been set up and we'd encourage you to sign it and also distribute amongst your networks
