Important Update on Training Opportunities from 3Spirit Training

We are delighted to provide you with an important update regarding funding and training opportunities.

Georgia at 3Spirit Training has been actively working to have 3Spirit listed as a training provider for the WMCA levy transfer and has been successful!

The good news is that this means 3Spirit can offer your staff Level 2–5 apprenticeships at no cost to organisations. As a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) and a non-levy-paying employer, the standard funding model typically requires a 5% employer contribution. For example:

  • Level 2 or 3 Apprenticeship – Normally £4,000, with a £200+VAT employer contribution.
  • Level 4 or 5 Apprenticeship – Normally £7,000, with a £350+VAT employer contribution.

Through the WMCA levy transfer, this 5% contribution will be fully covered by a large levy-paying organisation willing to donate surplus funds. This initiative supports workforce development, inclusive growth, and upskilling within the region.

If you or your staff wish to maximise the value of this amazing opportunity and benefit from a fully funded Level 2–5 apprenticeship, please get in touch with Georgia Whitehouse (georgia@3spirittraining.com) or 07928 828 494.
