Introducing Person Centred Software (PCS) - meet them at our Autumn Cyber Summit on 3rd October

Our partner, Person Centred Software offers a Connected Care Platform which provides a suite of integrated solutions that cover the full ecosystem of care management within social care. Within our Connected Care Platform, you can use single or multiple solutions that connect using one device. Each area focuses on a particular part of the care ecosystem and, when used together, provides a complete solution to improving outcomes for residents, improving the lives of care workers, and improving the overall efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of a care setting.

Solutions include - Care Management, Medication Management, Resident Experience, Learning & Development and Care Operations.

Person Centred Software’s seamless integration philosophy also extends to solutions offered by our valued partners, which provides you greater flexibility and opportunity to connect all aspects of your care.

At the WMCA Cyber Summit, Leesa Newbould, Business Development Executive with PCS, will be delivering a presentation introducing PCS and Digital Medication Management technology. This will involve a quick overview of Person Centred Software and how its solution areas provide a comprehensive suite of connected products that continue to evolve to meet the ever-changing demands of the social care sector, focusing on the next steps after embracing digital care planning to include integrated medication management.

Leesa has worked within the sector for 10 years and joined Person Centred Software just under 2 years ago supporting adult social care providers across the Midlands with their Digital Transformation Journey.

Published July 2025 (data correct as at 2024/25) Skills for Care have launched their annual report on the size and structure of ythe care workforce This provides the most up-to-date and comprehensive overview of the size and structure of the adult social care sector and workforce in England. A short, written report is available: download a copy of the report here. The methodology for this year’s report has changed from previous years. Adult social care related roles employed by the NHS are no longer included in the headline statistics for the size of the adult social care workforce. This change has been applied retrospectively to previous years, so the trends in this report are consistent. Comparing figures from this report to previous reports will not produce a valid trend. Also, our estimates for the number of filled posts in the independent sector now come from our automated data pipeline. This has resulted in substantial improvements to our estimates over time and some figures have changed as a result from previous versions of this report. For further information, see our statement. To download the data behind the visualisation below, including trended information, please see the Workforce estimates page.
