Worcestershire Registered Managers Network Relaunch Event

This event is an opportunity for leadership teams to learn from other colleagues and to share good practice, while having the opportunity to investigate various offers throughout the sector from our exhibitors.

All Registered Managers and Deputy Managers across Worcestershire are encouraged to attend, so we can discuss the direction you want the network to go in and much, much more!

CQC will be in attendance, discussing Quality Statement ‘Environmental Sustainability’ and we will have a series of exhibitors and other speakers attending, as well as a FREE networking lunch, where you can discuss issues with other managers.

Social care - charging for care and support: local authority circular

This circular sets out that, for the financial year 2024 to 2025, the:

capital limits remain at their current level (lower capital limit £14,250 and upper capital limit £23,250)
personal expenses allowance ( PEA ) for local authority-supported care home residents increases in line with inflation
minimum income guarantee ( MIG ) for people receiving local authority-arranged care and support other than in a care home increases in line with inflation
Savings Credit disregards increase in line with inflation. These rates apply to individuals receiving care in a care home, their own home or another setting.
