- Overview and background to the three Enhanced Health in Care Homes Frameworks, presented by Emma Self, NHS England
- Overview of the Action Falls multifactorial falls risk assessment tool, including how to implement in your area, presented by Professor Pip Logan, Nottingham University
- How Oxleas PCN have engaged an MDT with care homes to proactively identify falls risks and implement falls prevention plans, presented by Lisa Cooper, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust
- How Cambridgeshire & Peterborough ICB have succesfully implemented a post-fall assessment tool and lifting aids into care homes, presented by Vicki Dye & Jane Banks, Cambs & Peterborough ICB
