Success for care provider at our Proud to Care Careers Fair!
We were delighted to receive wonderful feedback from Alastair Tundy of Isabella's Homes after they attended one of our recent Careers Fairs. The event provided them with an excellent platform to connect with some high calibre candidates who are passionate about their careers in care and we were thrilled to hear that they successfully found a suitable match who they believe will make a valuable contribution to the team at Isabella's Homes.
Alastair went on to say that, "our engagement with the candidates we met at the job fair does not end with this single hire. We have established ongoing communication with some of the other applicants who displayed immense potential. While we may not have immediate openings for them at present, we recognize their talent and have expressed our interest in keeping in touch for future opportunities. This allows us to maintain a valuable network of professionals who could potentially fill positions in our company down the line".
