This workshop is designed to be a practical, hands on workshop to strengthen inclusive leadership, reduce bias, and build equitable team cultures. Over a highly interactive 90 minute session, you’ll see policies and practices through an inclusion lens, participate in practical exercises using real world inclusive leadership scenarios, be introduced to action planning activities to help you embed changes immediately, and hear best practice insights drawn from Nicki Bramford’s leadership and HR experience.
