This annual event brings together managers from across the country to share knowledge, ask questions and network with colleagues. 


Hosted by NCF and Skills for Care this networking event with overnight accommodation will champion and support the crucial role of managers in adult social care.

The programme includes a mix of conference sessions and practical workshop options, as well as panel discussions. It’s a fantastic opportunity to share, learn and find solutions and answers to the challenges you face on a daily basis, and help you and your teams provide the highest quality care.

  • Full price tickets £355 + VAT 
  • Day delegate £199 + VAT 


Early bird and full attendee tickets include a networking evening with dinner and accommodation on the night of Monday 9 March, followed by breakfast and entry to the interactive conference, with lunch and refreshments on Tuesday 10 March. 


Day delegate tickets include entry to the interactive conference, with lunch and refreshments on Tuesday 10 March. There are only limited numbers of these tickets available.


Registrations will close on 20 February 2026. We reserve the right to close registrations earlier if all of the ticket allocation is sold.

New Range of Dementia Resources for Care Staff and Families Skills for Care have launched a new range of dementia resources to enhance care and support for people living with dementia and their carers. These resources have been developed to support the adult social care workforce including home care workers, care home staff, community teams and family carers.
