Introducing Achievable Care Quality Community

Paula Cashmore, Independent Care Quality Consultant, will be speaking at our Conference on 19th June on "Is your Domiciliary Care business Responsive?"

In the meantime, you can find out more about Paula and Achievable Care Quality Community below.

**************************************************************************

"Achievable Care Quality Community is an online membership support platform that I have developed for leaders in the sector who are asking the same questions around CQC quality and compliance. I’ve created a series of 34 on-demand videos covering each of the 34 quality statements, with evidence categories, and I statements to advise on compliance and give managers ideas. There is also a library of CPD accredited recorded webinars, and the opportunity to join live webinars designed to offer clear, practical guidance.

My face to face service includes quality monitoring, induction support and good governance visits.

I’m a Registered Nurse with a diverse background across many areas of social care, from frontline practice to strategic leadership. I’ve walked in your shoes and understand the real challenges providers and managers face. Over the years, I’ve held roles as a Registered Manager, Regional Manager, unit lead, and night nurse. I've worked within both small and large social care organisations and also served as a Quality Monitoring Officer for a major NHS CCG, where I collaborated closely with CQC, local authorities, and commissioning teams.

My passion lies in supporting others to grow in confidence and competence—particularly around CQC compliance and quality improvement.

I now work as an independent consultant giving affordable, non-judgemental support tailored to current CQC and market needs."

To support WMCA members, Paula is offering a 50% discount on the first month membership of any membership tier ( silver /gold/platinum / Conference videos) with the code WMCA-halfprice (please note a recurring payment will be taken at full price unless membership is cancelled).
