Our last series managers conferences exploring the CQC Quality Statements was so popular that we've decided to do it all again!
With new speakers and topics we start with 'are you well lead?'
Once again we will be offering separate Care Home and Home Care streams for some of the sessions to address the differences in the provision of care for different types of services
These meetings are an opportunity for leadership teams to learn from other colleagues and to share good practice
They are open to all Registered Managers, Deputy Managers and Senior Carers across the Midlands

WMCA Members Workshop:
Safeguarding Adults Awareness Course
Hosted by Partners in Care
This online safeguarding course for social care providers is designed to enhance understanding and enforcement of safeguarding protocols. It covers key topics such as recognising abuse and neglect, listening to vulnerable individuals, and implementing effective safeguarding policies.
The course emphasises the importance of creating a safe environment, understanding legal responsibilities, and responding appropriately to concerns.
Interactive modules, real-life scenarios, and assessments ensure staff gain practical skills. The course supports continuous professional development and helps organisations meet regulatory requirements.
Ultimately, it empowers social care providers to protect vulnerable adults and children, fostering a culture of safety and accountability within their services.
