Changes to International Recruitment

On Thursday 23 ^rd  March 2023, the Department of Health and Social Care (DHCS) published a revised Code of Practice for the international recruitment of health and social care staff in England.

JCVI Advises on Eligible Groups for 2023 Autumn Booster

On the 8th August, the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) announed its advice regarding persons who will be eligible for a COVID-19 booster vaccine in autumn 2023.

The advice for this autumn is to offer the vaccine to those at high risk of serious disease and who are therefore most likely to benefit from vaccination.

Field House Care Home - celebrating staff dedication

On Sunday 6th August,  staff at Field House Residential Care Home near Stourbridge were treated to an awards ceremony as a thank you for their hard work and dedication.

Anna Demicoli, Manager, said,

" We wanted to celebrate our staff, their dedication does not go unnoticed, their hard work could never be repaid and as a management team we want to show our appreciation for our team. By awarding staff it lifts morale and helps staff feel appreciated. This is the least we can do to show our appreciation .”
