NI Increases: The Care Sector Fights Back

Care England, the largest and most diverse representative body for independent care providers, have today instructed Aston Brooke Solicitors, the respected sector lawyers, to begin a Judicial Review on the imposition of higher Employers National Insurance Contributions.

Supporting HCR Law to drive emergency medical supplies to Ukraine

Frank Jennings, a Partner at HCR Law, along with his friend Steve Eccleshall, are embarking on a remarkable journey to Ukraine.

On 26 April 2025, they will drive in convoy to Lviv. Steve will start his journey in Shropshire and pick Frank up in London, driving more than 1,300 miles over three days.

Their mission is to deliver an evacuation vehicle packed with medical supplies to the Ukrainian frontlines.
