Well Led

There is an inclusive and positive culture of continuous learning and improvement. This is based on meeting the needs of people who use services and wider communities, and all leaders and staff share this. Leaders proactively support staff and collaborate with partners to deliver care that is safe, integrated, person-centred and sustainable, and to reduce inequalities.

  • Over 100 Managers
  • Separate Care Home and Home Care Streams
  • Industry Experts
  • CPD Certificates

Our popular series of Registered Managers Conferences starts again in January

Following the CQC KLoEs proved so popular that we have decided to do it again with new speakers and topics

These meetings are an opportunity for leadership teams to learn from other colleagues and to share good practice

They are open to all Registered Managers, Deputy Managers and Senior Carers across the Midlands

Lunch is provided and tickets are free of charge
