Featuring guest speakers from across the sector, this session will explore the emerging concept of neighbourhood health and what it means in practice for social care providers.


The discussion will focus on the critical role of data and information sharing in supporting more integrated, community-based care. Speakers will highlight key challenges, opportunities, and real-world perspectives on how social care can contribute to effective data flows within neighbourhood health systems.


Claire Kennedy, Chief Executive at PPL, will share key insights from their recent report, ‘Towards a Model Neighbourhood: Next steps on implementing neighbourhood health’.


Attendees will also gain practical top tips and clear takeaways to help them prepare for upcoming changes, ensuring they are ready to adapt and play an active role in this evolving landscape.
