“ Preparing for Third-Party Harassment Laws: What Care Providers Need to Know ".

From October 2026, new employment law changes will introduce third‑party harassment duties that place additional responsibilities on care providers to protect staff from harassment by people outside their organisation. HCR’s presentation will outline what these changes mean in practice, the challenges they create for compliance and funding, and how providers can prepare while maintaining high‑quality care and positive relationships with service users and families.

Care Roadshow Midlands brings together care home owners, domiciliary care providers, managers and healthcare professionals for free seminars, exhibitions and networking.

The Association offers the crucial support Care providers require to deliver sustainable excellence within community, nursing, special needs and residential home settings.
