IHSCM: Women in Leadership Development Programme:

Creating a Culture of Wellbeing

Part of the IHSCM Women in Leadership Development Programme 2026.

 

A practical 90 minute workshop exploring how to embed wellbeing into team culture through reflection, a burnout case study, and a wellbeing strategy activity with Dr Nat Masters, Head of Services, Illuminate Group. Designed for team managers, wellbeing champions, and women leaders, and contributing to High Performance Leadership development by strengthening psychological safety, early intervention skills, and wellbeing focused leadership behaviours.

At the end of this session, you will have:


  • built confidence in recognising early signs of burnout,
  • strengthened your ability to create psychologically safe and supportive team environments,
  • leave with practical wellbeing strategies you can apply immediately to improve team culture, resilience, and performance.

Who should attend?


Team managers, wellbeing champions, women leaders, and anyone responsible for supporting staff wellbeing or shaping team culture.



You can attain 2 HPL Points towards ‘Workforce’ and ‘Leadership Excellence’.
