WMCA Webinar Booking Confirmation

Thank you for registering, confirmation of your booking have been emailed to the email address you used to book (check your spam folder if it hasn't arrived)

General

When you join the webinar your microphone will be automatically muted. We advise that you keep your microphone muted unless you want to ask a question. This keeps background noise and feedback down to a minimum.

If the webinar is recorded it will be available within 24 hours for you to view on the Webinar Archive page on this site

On the day

We will be in touch before the date of the event with further details and the final agenda.

The event is normally available to join 10 minutes before the advertised start time

Cancellation

If you should need to cancel your booking, please let the association know as soon as possible by emailing events@wmca.care

Data Protection

Data collected during the booking process is only used by WMCA for event organisation purposes. We do not share this data with third parties or store it beyond a reasonable time.
