This Conference will focus on the theme of CQC KLOE- 'Is your Care Service Safe? ' and we have a number of amazing speakers & exhibitors confirmed already.

The Conference is open to all Registered Managers, Deputy Managers and Senior Carers across the Midlands.

National Apprenticeship Week

To close National Apprenticeship Week, the West Midlands Combined Authority are holding an exciting event at Austin Court in central Birmingham on Friday 9th February , with the aim of helping small to medium business owners in recruiting young skilled workers with a shared drive to succeed.

The rapid induction programme (for new staff), refresher training (for existing staff) and a volunteer programme were set up as a COVID-19 response and will be discontinued at the end of the financial year. The training is available from six endorsed providers and must be completed by 31 March 2024. Sign learners up as soon as possible so you don’t miss out.
