Cyber incidents are on the rise, yet many care providers still don’t have cyber protection or insurance in place. When something goes wrong, the first question is often: “How do we keep services running safely?”

To help care organisations strengthen their digital resilience, we’ve partnered with Citation Cyber to offer sector‑specific support designed for care homes and domiciliary care providers — without the need for an in‑house IT team.

If you experience a cyber incident, act fast to protect your data and systems:

Report an incident via the NHS England Digital page
Call for urgent help — 0300 303 5222 (24/7)
Log a ServiceNow ticket for non‑emergency issues
Report vulnerabilities through the Vulnerability Disclosure Programme
Email general queries to: cybersecurity@nhs.net

Don’t forget:

ICO reporting is required within 72 hours for personal data breaches
DSPT compliance means all incidents must be logged appropriately
