🎉 Celebrating Care4U Ltd's

Outstanding CQC Success 🎉

Care4U Wolverhampton Limited, one of our valued WMCA members, is celebrating a major achievement after being awarded its second Outstanding rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Registered Manager and Owner Caroline Evans says the service was founded on a simple ethos — care from the heart.

“It’s not just about earning a wage — it’s about caring as though we’re supporting our own family members. When you come to Care4U, you become part of the Care4U family.”

CQC praised the team’s personalised support, strong relationships with service users, and proactive approach to continuous improvement. Staff and service users even marked the occasion with an afternoon tea, reflecting the warm, family‑focused culture at Care4U.

Inspectors also highlighted the service’s dedicated training room and engaging in‑house development led by Jill, ensuring every new team member receives high‑quality, hands‑on induction and ongoing support.

This second Outstanding rating is a significant milestone for Caroline and the entire Care4U Wolverhampton team, and a proud moment for WMCA as we celebrate excellence across our membership.
