Displaced Worker Pool
Are you a care provider who is looking to employ overseas workers?
Changes to legislation regarding overseas recruitment now require that you first engage with your regional displaced workers pool

In the West Midlands, job matching through the Displaced Workers Pool is being provided by Lifted
The West Midlands International Recruitment Partnership is pleased to annouce that as part of our support offering to support displaced individuals we are now working with Lifted
Lifted specialises in matching sponsored individuals with new sponsors
Lifted will also inform the Home Office of your engagement with the displaced worker pool
There is no cost for West Midlands based providers to engage with this service although sponsorship licence costs will need to be borne by the provider should a successful placement occur. This is a different offering to their standard service and is only accessible through the link below
They do offer additional services including ongoing compliance, but Lifted will discuss these options with you when you register
Already found a displaced worker?
If you have already found a suitable displaced worker and need confirmation that they are part of the regional displaced worker pool, please email hello@wmca.international and we can check the records for you
Please provide their full name and their address. If they are part of our regional pool we will send you a confirmation email along with details of what you need to put on the CoS
