West Midlands Care Association (WMCA) and West Midlands Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (WM ADASS) have been working together with others to provide support to oversees workers who come to work in social care in the United Kingdom.
To offer the appropriate support for your needs, we will need to collect some personal information from you. We will only collect the minimum amount of information needed and includes sending data that does not include your personal details so we can report on our activity for example, providing information about how many people we support.
Your information may be shared with our partner organisations who are part of the West Midlands International Recruitment Partnership. We will also need to share this information with Local Authorities and care providers to try and match your employment history to relevant care providers.
We may also need to share your information:
- if we think you or others (including children) are not safe
- for the prevention and detection crime including fraud

Once we receive your request we will evaulate the best line of support for you.
