🥪 Lunch & Learn: Applying the Mental Capacity Act

The upcoming session will focus on the application of the Mental Capacity Act, including the use of advocacy. It will be delivered by Professor Keith Brown, WSAB Chair and national expert on MCA practice, alongside Janine Daniels‑Stretch from the South‑West Advocacy Network (SWAN).

This short, practical session is ideal for anyone involved in safeguarding, decision‑making, or supporting adults who may lack capacity.
