Practical and scenarios based, this session will provide you with skills you can implement immediately.

This workshop is aimed at managers and leaders within health and social care who would like to learn how to confidently resolve conflict within teams and across boundaries.

Learning outcomes:

Participants will come away with practical skills so they can embed conflict resolution practices within their teams and across boundaries. During the session there will be demonstrations and break-out groups to practice the skills you have learned.
