WMCA continues to offer regular Care Certificate–focused sessions led by experienced care‑sector trainers, with discounted rates for members .

We’ve also partnered with Realise Training and the Institute of Health and Social Care Management to support ongoing staff development, and government funding remains available through the Learning Development Support Service.

The Association offers the crucial support Care providers require to deliver sustainable excellence within community, nursing, special needs and residential home settings.

We offer a wide range of services including advice, events, training, recruitment support, stakeholder engagement (local authorities and ICBs) and discounted DBS checks

We work closely with local, regional and national stakeholders to ensure that our members' voice is heard.

In addition, the Association acts as a countersignatory for DBS applications and our CQC registered members benefit from discounted rates .
