Casa Mia Care Home in Far Forest, Worcestershire, has achieved its second consecutive Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), reaffirming its position as one of the region’s highest performing care homes. West Midlands Care Association is delighted to celebrate this achievement from one of our valued members. Inspectors praised the home’s exceptionally kind and caring culture, strong leadership, and highly personalised support that helps residents build confidence, maintain independence and pursue their interests.

Owner Martin Winfield said the rating is a wonderful recognition of the team’s compassion and dedication , describing Casa Mia as an extended family where people are truly seen and supported.

🔍 Strengthening Inspection Readiness
