The Government is creating 300,000 new work experience and training placements across sectors including health and social care, giving young people meaningful hands‑on experience and a stronger route into employment. This forms part of a major £2.5 billion youth employment package aimed at tackling rising NEET levels and rebuilding early career pathways.
This webinar will help care providers understand how the scheme works, what opportunities it creates for their services, and how DWP and Citation can support them to access placements, strengthen recruitment, and build future talent pipelines.
