Help the Sector Understand Real Cyber Incidents

Digital Care Hub is inviting care providers to share their experiences of cyber incidents and the impact these events have had on their services. We want to hear openly about what happened, how you responded, what you learned, and the advice you would offer to others.

By sharing real experiences, we can help reduce stigma, build confidence, and support the sector to learn from one another rather than face these challenges in isolation.

We are currently developing a video to highlight the realities of cyber incidents in social care. If you would prefer not to appear on camera, we also welcome written case studies.

Correction: Updated Topic for HCR Presentation

at Care Roadshow, 14th May, Villa Park

Apologies for the error in last week’s Newsletter regarding the subject of the HCR presentation. The correct title is Preparing for Third-Party Harassment Laws: What Care Providers Need to Know .

From October 2026, new employment law changes will introduce third‑party harassment duties, creating significant new responsibilities for care providers.

HCR will deliver a 30‑minute presentations on this topic.
