Course Overview


This practical, interactive course equips delegates with the confidence and competence to deliver clear, effective training, demonstrate and assess safe techniques, and support colleagues to work safely in real-world care settings.



Going beyond standard training, the programme focuses on developing strong teaching skills, handling common challenges such as staff resistance, and embedding current legislation and best practice (MHOR, LOLER, PUWER, and CQC expectations) into everyday training delivery.
