We hosted our third Registered Managers, Deputies & Seniors CPD Conference on 4^th July. This time we focused on the CQC Quality Statement ‘Caring’.

Approximately 100 people attended this event, to learn how they could ensure their care service is delivering this part of the CQC singular assessment framework.

We were delighted to welcome some inspiring speakers for the day including:

• Marina Ibrahim from Globility Coaching
• Melanie Dawson from the Lawns Nursing Home in Worcestershire
• Katie McCauley and Shirley Hall from Royal Star and Garter in Solihull
