With separate learning streams for residential and home‑care providers, you’ll find tailored guidance, expert speakers, and practical ideas you can use straight away.

Preceptorship workshops

Preceptorship workshops start in June and run throughout 2026/27 to support newly registered nurses and nursing associates. Sessions are available for preceptors on supporting new staff, and for preceptorship leads on developing and leading programmes within organisations.

The Association offers the crucial support Care providers require to deliver sustainable excellence within community, nursing, special needs and residential home settings.

We offer a wide range of services including advice, events, training, recruitment support, stakeholder engagement (local authorities and ICBs) and discounted DBS checks

We work closely with local, regional and national stakeholders to ensure that our members' voice is heard.

In addition, the Association acts as a countersignatory for DBS applications and our CQC registered members benefit from discounted rates .
